🏋🏻♀️ I’m decent at powerlifting - In 2023, won Gold in Gujarat Nationals and competed internationally in Manchester, UK in World Powerlifting Championship
🌟 I’m excellent at fitness coaching - have helped 12 (and counting) people start their gym journey. None of them had ever stepped foot in the gym. Now they can squat to perfection, plan their daily macros and write their workout programs.
